Replaced an exponential email sprawl with a single script-driven confirmation for complex events.
Multi-sub-event programs — trade shows with breakouts, demos, and dinners — were generating exponential email versions (three sub-events alone could need eight variants), and maintenance grew unmanageable as sub-events scaled.
I built a Marketo Velocity solution that uses a temporary membership field to populate sub-event content dynamically through conditional logic, collapsing all variants into a single confirmation email. The largest deployment handled ten sub-events. I trained the operations team and documented the approach for reuse.
