Revived a low-engagement partner program by giving smaller partners value they could actually measure.

Overview

A tiered partner marketing portal was losing smaller partners to weak ROI. I assembled a team across eight marketing functions and led strategy across a three-month build — mapping customer journeys for both partners and end users, wireframing, and running A/X and cross-platform tests.

New tiers gave smaller partners higher perceived value without diluting the positioning of larger ones.
