Activity tracking was fragmented across regions, teams, and business units with no shared structure. I built a centralized global calendar in SharePoint Lists covering every region, with a custom Power Apps intake form featuring conditional logic, plus regionalized and role-specific views that keep contributions standardized.
Power Automate automations alert management, compare budgets to plans, and surface invalid submissions through interactive Teams Adaptive Cards for in-place correction. The calendar integrates with the internal AI agent and connects to Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, and 6sense.
