Asset-Collection AI Agent

Overview

A platform migration left ~15,000 Marketo Design Studio assets to move within a two-week end-of-life window, and the UI capped folder views at 25 records across hundreds of pages — making manual export infeasible.

I built a ChatGPT-based agent, with co-developed Python tooling, that mirrored the source folder structure locally, conditionally compressed images, and deduplicated and cataloged the library. The final set imported into Dynamics 365 Customer Insights in under a day.

Impact

• Around 10% fewer files through deduplication and over 20% smaller library through image compression.
• More than $15,000 saved by building the process in-house rather than engaging an agency.
• Import finished in under a day, and clean asset availability accelerated downstream migration work roughly 50%.
