Built a self-service analytics layer that made go-to-market reporting skimmable — and actually used.

Overview

The central analytics team produced thorough but hard-to-skim reporting that go-to-market teams rarely adopted. I exported several years of Marketo and Revenue Cycle Explorer data, prototyped calculated-field workflows in Excel and Sheets, and built seven Looker Studio dashboards — from a CMO overview to a subject-line deep-dive.

Each dashboard was tiered for director, manager, and contributor views, so every level could read the same campaign from a relevant vantage point.
